Where can I buy the TCM version?

Evidently not on TCM.com. It doesn't seem to be available. Does anybody know where I can get the one: "Keith T. Smith Modern Sound Pictures Incorporated release" that has sound effects and music?

You'll want the 2-disc Criterion Collection release. It includes the original extended edition from 1927, and the 1928 general release version with synchronized sound.
