5/10. Here's why:
Just like the movie above*, THE KING OF KINGS uses Bible passages in the title cards, but only half of the time. During the rest, it uses dialogue. It has better production values, but it's unnecessarily longer. Therefore, the 2 movies are overall on the same level.
