I own and seen the Kino and Image editions. Image has as an extra feature a 20 minutes Harold Lloyd movie called Haunted Spooks kind of similar to TCATC and very funny as well. But that's it! The quality of Kino is much better and at least has some good more seconds in the beginning with a very nice Universal logo and credits. The music is much better in Kino. Image have one of those synth scores, not too bad but i prefer the little orchestra.
Kino has a sufficient picture gallery as well.
I guess you could get the Lloyd two reeler somewhere else in some collection. For the movie itself go for the Kino Edition.
