The Internet Generation discovers The wonderful silent films!

My eight year old granddaughter loves to watch the old movies with me. (Her all time favorite is Now Voyager). I explained the silent films to this twenty first century girl as: like reading a book, only the pictures move. And you get to see all the emotion and drama in the story. She's all about drama, and she got it! She now seeks out the silents on YouTube, as any twenty first century kid would.
