The Scarecrow of Oz

I wanted to enjoy this movie, and did for the most part. But Larry Semon, who played the Scarecrow, also directed this film, and gave himself way too much screen time. A lot of silly slap-stick filler that added nothing to the story. The story is about Dorothy being returned to Oz as queen right? Instead we have to endure Semon being chased by bees and lions, and being too shy to give Dorothy a lollipop.
