Would you frame your argument in a more intellectual manner

I didn't enoy it, too.

I liked The General but in this there wasn't a single laughing out moment.

Safety Last! should be in the TOP list instead.

"If they had told me it was going to be fifteen years, would it have been easier to endure?"

I guess you're impressed with today's CGI movies. If you like cartoons, then I can't help you. As for me, I like movies made the old fashioned way - they "made" them - real actors, real stunts, real props.

Stick with "The Smurfs", Papa.

Amen to that. Sherlock Jr. is by far one of THE greatest movies ever made, regardless of genre, date, era, anything you can throw at it. It's got your love story, your detective, action, comedy, amazing visuals that leave you scratching your head, stunts that make you grit your teeth and hang on the edge of your seat, what more could you want?

I thought the op meant that he dated crap. Took it to the movies, a walk along the river, curled up next it on the couch...

Then don't watch it again. Simple as that.

I've used IMDb for roughly FIFTEEN YEARS and I have to say... the guy who created this thread is the biggest idiot I have ever encountered on IMDb's forums! Did he "watch" this film while in a coma?

reply

The OP is the very definition of a drive-by trolling - Pappa SMurf hasn't been on IMDB for 5 years and only ever posted 8 times - all peurile criticisms of film.

Whereas Sherlock Jr is still being discussed (and praised) over 80 years later.
