Restored version to be released on DVD in the UK

Eureka Entertainment are releasing the restored version of Siegfried and also part 2 Kriemhild's Revenge on DVD and Blu-Ray in the UK on 22 October 2012 as Die Niebungen.

I've just received the Blu-ray and an looking forward to watching these films. N.B. the print has the original aspect ratio of 1.37 and has been tinted orange.

It's a brand new restoration which is the most complete version to date and it's also tinted orange like most of the original prints.
