Who was the black actor who trades cars with our hero? MILD SPOILERS

There are many well-known Hollywood faces in tiny roles in this landmark film. One who's not credited in the IMDb cast listing is tantalizingly familiar.

As he races to stop "The Rich Girl" from marrying "The (dastardly, bogus and already married) Rich Man", "The Poor Boy" (in a stolen car with bootleg champagne in the back) is stopped on a narrow hillside road by an oncoming, battered old Model T. Since they can't get around each other, Harold trades cars with the eager driver (who then, of course, gets in trouble with the pursuing Feds). I'm sure I've seen the black actor palying the driver of the Model T in other films of the silent and early sound period. Does anyone know who he was?

We don't get that here. People ski topless smoking dope, so irony's not a high priority.
