Harold Lloyd's greatest
It really is -- and that says something.
I can't choose which is his greatest! He made sooooooooooooooo MANY good movies! His acting is excellent in this! I especially LOVE when he stutters!!!!!!! Also when he starts barking on the train to hide Jobyna's dog from the ticket collector. He is SO ADORABLE!!!!!!!!!!
"He who gazes upon the sun, need not debate it's brilliance! ... Uh, Ling Po." -Harold Lloyd
I think this was my favorite Harold Lloyd movie. I enjoyed Safety Last and the like but this one just stuck with me.
I can't look at Cracker Jacks now without thinking awww. Kind of sad, I know.
don't know about greatest but it was funWhen there's no more room in hell, The dead will walk the earth...
Definetly one of my favorites.

I really like it. The warmth, the humor of the great final chase sequence, the pre-Graduate wedding scene...
shareyeah along with Safety Last
shareIt's pure speculation at this point, but it's my guess that Mike Nichols was fond of this movie and its finale inspired how he filmed the finale of The Graduate some 44 years later. For that matter, perhaps novelist Charles Webb saw it first.
