Cecil B. De Mille, worst Hollywood director ?

Honestly, this in an attempt to compete with Griffith "Intolerance" 1916 but it's a total failure :

"You can have all the philosophy you like: if a film doesn't come across in graphic terms, it falls short." Rouben Mamoulian

And this is the case here, and foremost nothing is necessary, what happens to the bourgeois is just vain, frivolous and from no meaning at all.

Director Cecil B. De Mille, i hope being less deceived from his later work.

Just finish viewing it, it's one of the worst movie i've ever seen. Everything is just ludicrous, vain, acting is grotesque, plot is a shallow moral for educational purpose. I'm not under 18, but over 50. This is along with Franck Niblo's work, a spoiling of spectator's mind and time.

Definitely not the worst director. His movies are still spectacular and we're still watching and discussing them!
