Where are the Technicolor scenes?

Both Maltin and IMDB tell us the film had sequences in the early 2-strip Technicolor process. I just watched my DVD of this film and there are no such sequences. There is an extra featuring the Exodus segment in a hand-tinted version--not at all the same thing. The silent BEN-HUR has Technicolor sequences and I've seen those.

Anyone know what happened to the Technicolor sequences from TEN COMMANDMENTS?

Just curious.

The print that you viewed was obviously a straight black & white one. Portions of the Exodus scene were filmed in two-color Technicolor. The color footage can be seen as an extra on the deluxe box set edition of the 1956 version:
