Astrid Holm

I thought she was very good as Sister Edit. I rewatched the movie last night on Blu ray, and as I was watching I realized she had a very photogenic face. Something about her reminded me very much of Lillian Gish, not that the 2 look alike per say, but just her style of acting reminded me of Lillian. Victor would a few years later go on to work with Lillian in The Scarlet Letter and The Wind. When I looked her up I was shocked she didn't become a bigger star like Gargo or Ingrid Bergman, I thought she was really good in this film. Anyway, anyone feel the same way? Does she remind anyone else of Lillian Gish?
