The seduction of Buster

My favorite scene in The Haunted House is the one where an attractive female customer seduces Buster into opening the time-lock safe early so she can withdraw money. It only lasts a few seconds, but it’s funny and sexy. His deadpan expression as she works her wiles on him, and his increasingly unconvincing refusals, are priceless (as is his opening of the safe by moving the hands on the clock, and his marvelous articulated fall off the chair he’s standing on.)
My question is: does anyone know who the actress is in this scene? I’ve read a claim that it was Bartine Burkett, the leading lady from The High Sign, but to me it doesn’t look like her. Ideas?
