Aired on TCM today
It was a very entertaining silent film. I was surprised that I watched until the end. It was better than a lot of soap operas.

It's prominently featured in the great documentary of the silent era in Europe: Cinema Europe: The Other Hollywood". Chapter 2, "Art's promised Land" is all about the Scandinavian Cinema. Hildur Karlberg, who played the dying title character, was herself dying at the age of 76 when she made the film. It was a strong way to go out.
