Running Time Difference?

I grew up watching this film. I was lucky enough to have Grandparents that raised me on classic silent horror films. Anyway, I am familiar with the 67 minute version but I noticed that Kino released a version that runs 80 minutes. I am going to order the Kino version but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the major differences were.

I'm just a guy that likes horror flicks.

No good explanation, but, the IMDB currently lists four different running times. Some variations may be due to different hand cranked speeds of the silent film days vs todays standards.
