Does anyone happen to know why the TCM version of this film is only 74 minutes, even though their website schedule/database also shows 93 minutes?

The original running time has to be listed even if footage has since become lost, leading to only shorter versions for the present public to view. In this case, for Mickey, there are 2 copies available, one 74 minutes, and an alternate version running longer.
