I love this short.
Cracks me up when Charlie's being chased by the cop!

Yeah me too! I've not seen many Chaplin shorts but this one is certainly my fav among those that I've already seen.
90 years later it stills makes laugh out loud people from around the world.
Just Chaplin could do that.
They who believe that the money does everything, end by doing everything for money
The scene where he's rolling under a fence after trying to steal a hot dog is pretty funny - I think Chaplin was laughing at times too when he was doing that.
shareI was cracking up so much at the beginning. Oh, man! He's good at bringing smiles to people's faces. The dog was adorable and well trained.
And the ending - !
Love is the coal that makes this train roll.

The dog was Brownie in his very first film. The first of 52 appearance he made onscreen.
shareThe biggest laugh I got was when Charlie had the dog down the back of his trousers. It's the part where the pleased dog wags his tail against the drum.
shareI watched it today and enjoyed it. Brownie the Dog is fantastic and Chaplin is good too.
