Missing footage

I guess that there's about 4 or 5 minutes missing from the version I have ("Smiles & Spectacles" - by Passport). I'm guessing that part of the missing footage includes the "villain" ending up in the bathtub with water pouring on him. Does anyone know what is actually missing?
