Missing Reels?

The film that was shown on TCM on 3/20/08 was restored by the Danish Film Institute and appeared to be complete? Was it the complete film or was there more to this film?

New restoration by the Danish Film Institute is the complete print; it's coming soon on DVD, by Flicker Alley.

Aopparently even that version is incomplete. There's a reference in one of the titles to a scene in a NYC gentleman's club that never appears on the DVD.
