V.H. Distributors

Is this actually W.H. Distributors? The version on archive.org has 'W.H. Production Co.' and 'Mack Sennett Comedies' cheaply overlaid the Keystone original. The 'W' however, could be confused for a 'V' since the the 'W' looks like '\\/' (but more compressed). This also has an annoying soundtrack with a repetitive man's laughter breaking up a more appropriate musical soundtrack.
