Is this a lost film?

While the original negative has long since disintegrated, it's not technically a "lost film" if people have seen it recently. The 1908 version, however, seems to be a "lost film".

Sinister Cinema has it available on VHS (not DVD though). Unfortunately, it is totally silent, with no musical score.
