Confirmed cast, or still in dispute?

Although IMDB list the cast of the 1910 adaption of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. I have read that the director and cast in unconfirmed, and is very unlikely that Bebe Daniels or Otis Turner were involved in the film.

From what I've read it seems feasible that Otis Turner was involved if the film was shot at Selig's Chicago studios. If that was the case, then it's definitely unlikely Bebe Daniels was involved, since she was apparently living at home in California at that point.
