Have no idea. I was thinking an extra farmhand, or even the farmhand/farmer that ended up with Mary Pickford, as it was hard IMO to see exactly what he looked like.....

Noted that Owen Moore, & George Nichols have no description of any kind either so will watch again for a trio, perhaps 'persons on the street' around the gypsy wagon (????)

Checking "user comments" it was noted that he was a 'notable extra'....

Have never seen a movie made this early in film history, and was a bit surprised to find the entire cast to be 'uncredited'.
