Where can I get this clip?

I checked at the Library of Congress website (http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/index.html).
They don't seem to have it...

Also, can somebody point me to a website that has most of the early animation clips(Not just American)? I am looking for stuff like:
Le Livre Magique (The Magic Book) (1900)
The Teddy Bears (1907)
The Newlyweds (1913)
Haunted Hotel (1907)
