For all of you that are complaining about all the errors with geography and sizes, you should really keep in mind that this was made in 1902! They didn't know what we know now. I thought it was incredibly creative especially for when it was made!
shareI'm watching it now. I think it's incredible they put this on Netflix. Honestly... I'm trying to comprehend 113 years ago!! This would be about the time my GREAT grandparents were just being born and I'm 37 years old. It's pretty surreal imo.

After all, they shot a capsule out of a cannon which landed on the moon, where they breathed, then eventually got back to Earth by pushing the capsule back off the edge... hardly a documentary
It was a great film for the day! Meant every bit as much a comedy as anything else. It's rather remarkable they did what they did. Not to mention the women actually looking sexy... which seems to have faded by the late 30s.
