Sneeze flipbook...?

Upon seeing this, I remember that Nickelodeon magazine (mid 90's) had a flipbook that you could create by stacking a bunch of images together (you had to cut them out first from a sheet) and putting a rubberband around it. Guess what...it was this film. Why I remember this stuff, I don't know...
