reply

naw its Columbus day for all the og gangsters from the old millennium. you sjw can try to re write history all u want but u cant change the past bud

reply

Historians hid the truth for century about Columbus and the atrocious way he and his crew treated the native people. His own journals revealed the truth after shockingly, the Europeans tried to make themselves the good guys in the story.

reply

what atrocities did he even do? write down a couple of racists things down in his journal about the natives?!? everyone was racist back then especially by todays standards. he was a man of his times, a great man of his times. Europe was a violent place with too many people and too little resources. the Indians were also extremely violent too, raping and kill each other during tribal warfare. the world was violent place back then and people were violent, u libturds just need to grow up and stop being such pussies. most of the Indians died from natural diseases anyways....

There's some excerpts from his journals, with more links available therein. Also Loewen's "Lies My Teacher Told Me" is a good resource to see the fabels we are fed as kids to paint our history in a positive light.

reply

thanks. I will check it out

reply

ok

reply

While your busy taking the knee ( and losing your country in the process ) I will own him and admire what Europeans and their ancestors have achieved.

reply

Turn off MSNBC you fool

reply

Turn off Fox News you fool

reply

To celebrate your true indigenous culture, you should abandon all European culture, values, and achievements.

Buy a teepee.

reply

or we could coexist and grow from our failures and wrongdoings like Boba Fett,Paul Atreides and Jakesully

reply

Naw, let's keep on being pissed off about shit that happened over half a frigging millennium ago.

reply

If you wanna coexist, stop complaining about the past.

But if you really wanna play that card, the natives weren’t innocent either, not by a long shot, and they don’t have any accomplishments to warrant a holiday for them. Just a whole bunch of failures and wrongdoings.

If that’s really what this is about, then there’s plenty of failure to talk about for the natives, but you seem to be racist towards the colonists and only wanna talk bad about them.
The natives weren’t the first ones in America, not that it matters even if they were. They don’t deserve special treatment, and they haven’t earned a holiday.

I don’t know what happened to your grammar skills at the end, you started speaking incoherently, something about Hawaii.

reply

but you seem to be racist towards the colonists and only wanna talk bad about them.

sweeping atrocities under the rug and calling it a day isn't the way, Yes they were first ones in America they are true AMERICANS unlike us, yes Indigenous Peoples Day is their DAY, Look I'm using my privilege and my colonizer to help those less fortunate cuz its right

reply

What atrocities do you think Columbus or the colonists committed? And what makes you think you have any privilege?

The natives aren't the first or the true Americans because A) “America” wasn't created as a nation until 1776, and B) more and more studies have shown that other people from different parts of the world arrived in the north-western continent before the “natives” did.

reply

So, VIKINGS DAY.

reply

They lost, the colonial empires won - what's the big deal?

If they loved their homeland so much why didn't they defend it?

All this nonsense because they couldn't handle a couple of guys on a boat...

reply

If they loved their homeland so much why didn't they defend it?

they did but we overpowered them we shot first and Asked Questions Laters when it should've been opposite Diplomacy and Dialogue goes along with as well showing Gestures of Peace Goes along way

reply

Columbus was an opium addict who wanted to sail around the world to get to asia/india to get opium.

Columbus was not white. A white person is an ethnic germanic person. Columbus was a from a mediterranean ethnic group.

reply

another case of Facts to fit your Narrative STFU

reply

We are rife which idiots.

reply

Provide empirical evidence to support your comment or delete it.

reply

Why would I delete my comment? It is obvious that Columbus was from the mediterranean area and that is not where germanic or celtic people are. A historian of Columbus said that Columbus was an opium addict and also the royalty who sponsored Columbus's voyage were both opium addicts. Historians sometimes give out small grains of truth.
