her mom and grandma lived out their life expectancy. billie is young and fit.

Umm Carrie died at the young-ish age of 60. Life expectancy for Women is 81 in The United States so Carrie did not outlive the Life Expectancy.

With 40 years of smoking, plus several years of other hard drug use its not a surprise she passed away at 60.
