He really was so funny and bring me so much happiness with all his funny shenanigans. I was so sad when i found out he got sick shortly after rising to his worldwide notoriety. RIP Rob Ford. The 2010s sucked but you were one of the highlights of that decade. I havent smoked any crack rocks yet but when i do i will do one in your memory. RIP

Tax payers? you mean unlike those in Toronto who pay the lowest property tax in Ontario. Try living in Guelph, we are the TAXPAYERS.
