shareOverturning Roe is a crime? It is Kavanaugh's job and duty to interpret the constitution and the constitution does not guarantee the right to an abortion. It's a crime for the left to try to murder Justice Kavanaugh for not doing what they want, that is the definition of domestic terrorism and it's an assault on our democracy.
As far as Roe v Wade goes, if it is overturned IT WOULDN'T MAKE ABORTION ILLEGAL! All it would do is return the power to the states. If she lives in a red state where she can't have an abortion then in California, Vermont, Oregon, etc. abortion on demand will still be legal so she can just go to one of those states and have her abortion or she can use protection or not have sex.
