it says he's 4'11....but he's literally at the hips of everyone in all pics. he looks sooo small! he looks more like 4'6.... there's no way he's almost 5 feet tall! unless everybody he takes pics with are giants ?

Apparently it was. IMDB has him currently listed as 4'7", which seems quite reasonable.
