Busy Phillips? Maybe I'm the only one who sees it, but I feel like they look like they could be sisters.

I was thinking the exact same thing while watching her in Shameless. She reminds me a lot of a younger Busy Phillips.

Hmm...perhaps when she has her hair blonde from the photos I've seen, but really...she remnds me MORE of a "WILD" version of Zooey Deshanell!

I see where you're coming from with that. I'm very familiar with Zooey Deschanel. Emma's hair and makeup in Shameless is definitely similar to Zooey, but when it comes to her FACE and even mannerisms, I'm still reminded of Busy Philipps.
