I don't know why, perhaps it's a weird quirk, but the bright colours and high skirts are the way forward, even the big hair. Bring it back, bring it ALL back. Lol.

shareThere's one thing they get wrong. No one plucked their eyebrows like that in the eighties. Brooke Shields had just been popular and there was no pressure to have pencil-line-thin eyebrows. I remember that starting in the mid-90s.
