What A Way To Make Your Splash, Lying About What Sanders Meant

Bernie Sanders on reparations on The View: "I think that right now our job is to address the crises facing the American people in our communities, and I think there are better ways to do that than just writing out a check." (writing out a check as in direct payments to descendants)

Sanders has consistently for decades said that he does not believe reparations are the answer to address racial inequalities, and Barack Obama, who appointed you as Secretary of Housing And Urban Development, has long held the same viewpoint. You never called out Sanders before on this issue nor did you call out Barack on the issue so yeah, your campaign is done.

To be fair, Castro's campaign was done when he announced. He's literally gained no traction from what I can tell, and along with about eight other people, will only benefit from dropping out now as opposed to prolonging their utterly pointless campaigns.

Pretty much agreed, but I also understand why key people with zero chance are running, it's about appealing to as many demographic groups as possible, keeping the Blue Wave enthusiasm alive across the entire nation, and boosting DNC donations and donations for down-the-ballot candidates.

Therein lies the problem - Castro, along with such candidates as Hickenlooper, Klobuchar, Inslee, Delaney, and Gillibrand, aren't going to be able to appeal to that many people, and definitely don't have any enthusiasm behind them. Can you imagine someone being enthusiastic about Castro or Klobuchar? Because I sure can't.

And just in full disclosure, I'm not a Democrat, so there could be moves or trends within the Party toward more centrist candidates that I may be unaware of.

Bernie is going to get slammed like this left AND right from the MSM so we'd better brace ourselves for it now.

Luckily, this time around there are going to be 4 more years worth of super young voters who love Bernie and distrust and reject MSM. There will also be 4 years less of old voters, RIP, who are hooked up to the MSM drip.

Also, as we all know, many of his policy goals that were long considered too radical have now become mainstream, such as universal, single payer health care and a $15 Federal Min. Wage.

If Bernie gets the nomination Trump is done. There is no Hillary Clinton around with her tons of baggage and Wikileaks who hate her and whatever other reasons they had for tipping the scales in Trump's favor.

Another thing I was wondering about is the possibility that Fox and CNN will tag team Bernie. CNN could have seemingly neutral Town Hall discussions like they had recently, and interviews with Bernie as a set up for FOX to tear him down with outright lies and absurdities.

I can't decide if reparations, socialism, or green deal is the biggest way to lose to Trump. They should go for all three!
