Was watching SVU when I thought that the character Lola was playing (Gabby) sounded so familiar. I realized it was from watching Jemima Kirke play Jessa on the HBO show GIRLS. Sure enough, when I looked at the credits for SVU it was a Kirke. Their accents are unlike most British accents I've ever heard but in a very beautiful way. They look very similar as well.

I was absolutely sure they had to be related and they are. You are right... they speak exactly alike and both girls are so lovely.

shareYeah I saw Gone Girl last night and it was bugging the hell outta me. I tried blocking my ears so I wouldn't hear the accent, just see her and when I did I thought of Jessa and figured it must have been her made up to look completely different. It being her sister makes more sense.
