How do we know she is a heavy drinker? Because she got drunk? That's not something that necessarily correlates.
If she didn't drink up until now two or three drinks can be enough to knock you out. Also, in GB the legal drinking age is 18 so you bet that teenagers are getting drunk (and even before that) most just have the good fortune to not have it recorded on camera.
