I have a feeling this X-Men: Supernova film will be a bad idea. I don't know why. I just do not see it doing very well in theatres or with critics. I don't think Sophie or Jean Grey have the star power to draw in large audiences.

shareShe doesn't seem to have, or at least show much range. I don't know if she could pull off the commanding presence of Dark Phoenix. I wish they would recast mystique as well. JL just looks awkward and doesn't have the fluid motions or sex appeal that Mystique should have. Rebecca Stamos I thought was much better.

This is true, she even struggled in Apocalypse and she would have to be very "dark" and convincing to play Dark Phoenix. share
