Simmons was cast in early April 2012. The first season was already filming by 1 May 2012, so Banshee had been in production for almost 12 weeks when she celebrated her 20th birthday.

Anyone can submit information to IMDb, and anyone can edit Wikipedia. So all an unsourced date (Google or not) tells you is that random people on the internet have given a date for her birthday.
Absent a quote from the subject, or a researched biography, all you have is a list of unconfirmed guestimates. I did not care enough to search for a confirmed date, since the first ones I found were all close. Doing a more detailed search now gives:
