Why does she look so fake / unnatural?

What does it matter? It is her signature look and she looks amazing.

She looked her best in late 2013 in the ''Baby I'' video. Flattering makeup, slight tan, great hair color and cute style. I don't believe she had any plastic surgery yet at this point either.

She looks terrible now. Plastic face, using botox, awful makeup, too skinny and tanned to death.

All of the above - google her and you'll see what she looks like without all that stuff on. She's completely different. You wouldn't recognize her if she walked past you on the street.

It's the plastic surgery that she has had that makes her look unnatural. While none of the surgeries alone would have made her look unnatural they combination of all of them is what tipped the scales to unnatural. But as plastic surgeons have pointed out she has clearly had a nose job, chin wing implants, and eye brow lift. And likely had work done to her eyes to reshape them as well as some type of lip injections. All you have to do to see that she's had some drastic work done is go get an old picture of her and compare it to how she looks now. No one's nose gets thinner and changes shape as they age, if anything a nose tends to get larger over time. As for eyebrows you don't have eye brows move up your forehead as you age they will only drop down not up defying gravity. Then look at her face and how the jaws have filled out while also getting thinner with less fat.. that's not something that happens by itself and if she were have simply lost enough weight to drop the facial fat she used to have she would have the body of a concentration camp survivor. So along with the side implants on her chin she probably had some fat removed from her face as well.

Now throw in some bad veneer work on her teeth where the dentist didn't remove enough of her real tooth thickness to account for the full thickness of the veneers and you get some minor issues with how her mouth looks even when her mouth is closed because her lips are now being pushed out ever so slightly more than is natural.

In short take your pick of any or all of the above as why she looks so fucking strange. And of course throw in a excess amount of makeup which makes a hooker look natural in comparison and you've got a recipe for a look that just looks bad.

Just everything, there are sex dolls that are more realistic looking than she is.

I'd say all of the above, as well as whatever plastic surgery she had to look like a Hispanic Barbie doll. Pretty much the same issue many people in Hollywood have: even their looks are fake, never mind their lack of character.

Most likely botox/fillers to keep up her youthful look except it never really looks exactly natural.
