He needs to move on from Divergent

I agree..it's not like the latest divergent movie did anywhere even near good at the box office. What do you guys think about his career longevity? I think he's a pretty decent actor but he is in his 30s now so he should be seeking more variety of adult roles. I think divergent gave him enough exposure to try to broaden his fan base beyond young teenage girls.

He is also very HOT and attractive man. That definitely works in his favor...maybe rom com or comedy direction?

Rumor has it he may be taking over as the lead in the Underworld films. I can take him as a hot hunky vampire :)

He's not doing anymore Underworld movies after Blood Wars. He was quite emphatic about that in a recent interview. I don't think he even wanted to do Blood Wars but they picked up on an option in his contract.

He says he doesn't want to do mainstream blockbuster roles, that he's happy in smaller, independent films. I believe that he never wanted the fanbase that Divergent has given him and has no interest in continuing to do roles that make him famous.

Of course, this is all just conjecture from what I've heard him say in interviews but, reading between the lines, this is not a man who wants a huge Hollywood career and I think his choice of future roles will reflect that.

I would love him as the new Bond. He'd be perfect. I get the impression he'd bring a very Sean Connery like vibe to the role. Loooooove that deep voice of his.

That would make my day. Several of my girlfriends who don't get the Bond movies and therefore don't watch them said they'd gladly turn out on opening night for each Bond flick if Theo became Bond. And maybe even see it again to drool over Theo. He has a pretty big female fan base.
