The Vampire Academy book series was FANTASTIC!! PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME this is yet, ONE DAMN MORE, 'single' movie from a superbly written series of books!!! I am ALREADY BUMMED out about there NOT BEING A SEQUEL to "Beautiful Creatures"...OR....
"Mortal Instruments: City of Bones"!!! Do all of these movies have to be as wildly popular as "Twilight"?!? The way I see it, the Twilight Franchise was a once-in-a-lifetime event!!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED they are not making sequels to some of these WONDERFULLY written/directed/acted movies!!! :(

The Vampire Academy series (and the Alchemist books for that matter) was friggin fantastic but sadly the movie just wasn't that good. I'd love to see another in the series get made or a TV series even, but it seems like we shouldn't hold our breaths. Which is really unfortunate because they were much better than most of the other crap in the genre.
