Very, very good in About Time

Didn't know anything about her until I saw her in the movie About Time and she was spunky, endearing and damn funny. She perfectly played the fun loving sister. Acting is as much or more about the non-verbal messages conveyed by facial expressions and body language and she effortlessly expressed every emotion with or without dialogue. She was a wonderful surprise in a very good movie.

The tragedy is allowing ourselves to die before we're dead.

I was stunned by this girl, tons of natural talent, i like to think i know cinema; big culture about it from all countries all eras, "plans", photography, lights, blabla you know the guy who is boring at dinner, and you see that kind of artist maybe 5 times max by decade.
The last flash i had on an actress at that level was for Cate Blanchett (on a totally different register of playing of course)as Lydia Wilson is more a mix between Nathalie Wood and Helena Bonham Carter, and i'm pretty aware its a little early and probably optimistic, time will tell.

Totally agree, she always put a smile on my face while she was on screen. Can't wait to see what the future has in stall for her.

I, literally, would have killed , for a sister like Kit Kat.

That movie "About Time", was one of the best cast movies of the decade. Every character was perfect for their part. Lydia was the sister I never had in that movie. She was great in the part of Kit Kat. Hard to believe she doesn't work more.

She was great in that Dirk Gently episode that just finished. Gorgeous girl too.

I was born when she kissed me. I died when she left me. I lived a few weeks while she loved me.
