Walks off 'Girls'...

Pretty dumb career move...

That shows not cool anymore. He's left before it starts slipping. It's big popculture zeitgeist moment has been and gone.

Still... That could be a bad move for him. HBO usually hires the same actors for other shows. This walking off the set makes him look like he's difficult.

Hopefully, it won't hurt his career.

reply

What happened? Why did he walk off?

reply

Not really. You have to respect the artist, especially if there are creative differences.

I think he's talented and he'll keep working and finding projects he has better interest in. and besides, not everyone loves "Girls,"

2 cute 2 listen!

He's an idiot.

He said he wasn't happy with the direction the show was going in. Can't say I blame him. It's too bad though.

He also said he had issues with Lena Dunham. I like her work but she does seem like she COULD be difficult to work with. I don't know..he's young..he'll be fine.

So Say We All

I don't know if that is true or not. His actions aren't professional or ethical. I know that directors and casting agents will be like, "he's flaky." It speaks volumes on how you're just going to decide not to return to a show just because you can't "relate" to the character.
