'Up and coming' - really IMDb?

She's one the front page with a blurb about being an up and coming actress. Can the daughter of one of the most famous actresses in movie history really ever start low enough to be up and coming? Also she has a lengthy credits list already. Why not spotlight some other actress who is actually up and coming?
