I've seen her in a few movies and she didn't add much to them. Resident evil tried to make her death a big moment... but it was more funny than emotional. Why the hype?

shareShe's interesting and I thought she was pretty good in Batwoman. Having said that I have to admit I lost interest in the series after half a dozen episodes but I don't think that was her fault. Only time will tell but with a bit of luck she may have what it takes to be long term successful.

Nothing against her personally, in interviews she seems very genuine and quite nice but she is no actress.

She made a minor ripple in John Wick 2. Was part of the background wallpaper in The Meg. Suddenly she got the part of Batwoman. All the buzz about it had nothing to do with her acting skills, but the fact that she was a gay woman playing a gay character.
Most of us just yawned at the news, but the entertainment press nearly dislocated a shoulder trying to pat itself and Hollywood on the back for being so enlightened.

Absolutely not, she's a HORRIBLE 'actress' and that show is so bad that I only lasted 2 episodes (gave it a chance to see how it fitted with the infinite earths crossovers)
