Been back and forth on this debate since she came on the scene in 2008 with Just Dance. She can go from hot to weirdo to ugly very quickly. Jury may be out on this one forever.

She was hot in 2008 and 2009. After that,not really hot

She's good looking, generally, I guess.

She reminds me of that girlfriend of Jerry's in an episode of Seinfeld who would look great in certain lighting and angles, but terrible at other times.

I always thought so, but then I'm Italian, so I like her more natural look (her outfits, makeup, music, I'm good with all that as well).
I do agree with Otter though, I don't feel she has much of a sexual aura either; definitely pretty self-possessed. Maybe she keeps that side of her under wraps and unleashes it in private, but I think she's more post-modern and exotic than raw sex appeal.

She looks pretty when she's natural. In full lady gaga regalia, she looks different in every video.
