Not a bad actress from what I've seen...
But she really should just give up on that American accent. It's terrible. Like someone trying to mix an Irish accent and a Texan drawl. Her "R"s are really where it stands out. Whenever I hear her play an American character, I skip past her dialogue because it sounds gratingly awful. I'm curious if British viewers can't hear the mistakes, because she's played an American more than once. Can't the casting staff tell that it sounds so laughable?
I suppose you could call it vengeance for all our pathetic Cockney imitators.
