The child stars of slumdog millionaire were more talented than frieda was yet ironically in a movie about poverty stricken kids, what happened to them after the film's release? They go back to being poverty stricken kids. With all the money that film made, could it not at least have done something for them?

And to add further insult, the slum kids went back to their poor lives in the slums while miss pinto who was in this film for 20 mins, was just a pretty face and Im sorry, cannot act, has now been airlifted in to stardom and more money. Ironic isnt it? Only in this day and age can someone have no talent and all looks and go straight to the top.

no the kids actually got signed for more movies and and bollywood gave them a new life with nice accommodation and shelter and food and everything.

I agree..her acting skills are zero, she doesn't deserve this much fame.
She just got really really lucky.
It's sad what happened to the kids.
