Is she fair or dark skinned ?

Sometimes she looks like she's quite white, sometimes she looks like she's darker.

She's not very dark, and I can't think of any movies where she looked bleached, and I got a good eye for that given that I myself am the whitest person I've ever seen

By Indian standards she's considered medium skinned toned. Ofcourse if you put her next to a white, Hispanic or Asian person she would be thought of as a dark skinned person. But in India Freida Pinto is considered medium complexion, closer the fairer skin tone.

She is dark-skinned by Indian standards.
