Can't stand her in Homeland

I absolutely can't stand her in Homeland any more, it makes me want to turn away every time she is in a scene.

She has a total of 2 acting modes. The default is mumbling, surly teenager, maybe you can get away with that one as she is playing a teenage. The second is her "dramatic" mode; here she scrunches her face up and looks all over the place. Every time, for anything dramatic, that is what she does.

That is the extent of her acting repertoire and it is horrible. I really hope she only has bit parts in the next season because she is killing the show for me.

You also forgot the annoying habit of clutching her cardigan sleeves all the blinking time and walking like an elephant!

Hah. I came here to see if I was the only one thinking this. She drives me crazy. Your descriptions of how she plays EVERY scene is spot on.

Agree with all the above. She's a horrible actress, but good thing she's still young and can work on it...maybe.

hjahjajahja EXACTLY!!
every second of homeland is dramatic for her :P

I am not a Misogynist but this pathetic excuse for an actress is slowly making me into one. For all kinds of situation she gives the same ****in' expression and most importantly she has this look of a person who is suffering from chronic constipation(Whether she is with her family members or with her dumb boyfriend or whoever she meets on the show).

Juliette (Bitsy) in Grimm appears Emmy worthy actor looking at this girl's performance in Homeland.

(P.S-Before seeing Dana of Homeland I used to hate Juliette's character in Grimm for being so bland and incompetent)

Don't let it take over your life though :-)

And not forgetting her fiddling with her creepy fingers, grasping at each other.....she does not know what to do with her hands.....very distracting and thoroughly unpleasant to see!

Came here for the same reason. Probably one of the most annoying characters on TV. Its a combination of her acting and the writing of her character. I get she's a teenage girl and they sort of act like she does but man... she is ANNOYING! She really bothers me when she's in scenes. Hopefully better writing for her this season helps.
